The Gamusino Trap [2026]
As you confront the book, a non-linear narrative extends in front of you, symbolizing being trapped in the forest looking for the gamusino. The small close-ups of disorganized images don’t allow you to see a full image, so a proactive action is required. You have to question that that has been given to you, and reformulate it, creating a new order.
Although some of the small images hint to you the true nature of the gamusino, It isn’t until the action of re-arrangement that the reader fully comprehends what’s been captured in the light trap: A man, manhood itself represented as a diffused shadow. The search for the gamusino is that of the reaffirmation of MAN, transmitted as a “innocent” joke from men to kids, trapping them in an endless search only stopped by questioning it, and distancing themselves from what has originally been given.
